Photometrix™ is a secure barcode that includes a photo that's printed in the middle. This feature enables rapid visual confirmation of the image in relation to the cardholder. Additionally, it permits offline and online authentication using any type of mobile smartphone.
This security feature encrypts the 2D barcode and incorporates the digital signature from the image. After a successful match between the printed photograph and its digital signature, all data encrypted inside the code can be retrieved by downloading the Marina PhotometrixTM app.
